Join us for this old tradition—the making of Swedish Sausage (korv). This will be perfect for your Jul Bord (Christmas Smörgåsbord.) You will make 2 different tested Korv recipes to take home. We provide tasting samples, recipes, ingredients, all materials needed plus cooking instructions for when you are preparing your Korv at home. Lunch and Laughs included! PLEASE bring a cooler for transporting your sausage home. Sausage Making Classes are held at Elim Lutheran Church in their commercial kitchen. Elim is just up the hill!


Cost is $25.00 per person. Includes lunch and two recipes of Korv to take home!
