DESCRIPTION:Children (along with a parent/guardian and a doll) and people of all ages enjoy a desserts and sweets tea party\, stories\, and crafts. \nChildren are encouraged to dress up in their Sunday best and bring their favorite doll or teddy bear. This is a chance for children to come and learn about the tea party tradition and have fun. \nThere is a display of dolls and “fancy” dishes from Gammelgården’s collection as well as a display of children’s books available in the gift shop. \nAfter the tea party\, there is time for everyone to make a simple craft either for their dolls and/or themselves. \nOffered: Saturday\, July 22\, 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. \nAges: Kindergarten-age and older children and a parent/guardian\, and individuals who enjoy dolls and tea parties. \nFee: $20 individual/$38 child/teen-adult pair (members) or $25 individual/$48 child/teen-adult pair. \nRegistration Deadline: July 15. Lemonade and a snack are provided in the afternoon. \nParents drop off their children between 9:45-10 a.m.\, with the program beginning at 10 a.m. Children are encouraged to dress up in costumes reflective of pioneers and/or early Swedish immigrants. \nThe cost is $60 per child (member)/$80 per child (non-member) and includes all supplies and materials.  \nThe camp is limited to 20 children.
