SUMMARY:Embroidered Needlebook
DESCRIPTION:Embroidery is an old art form. It can be purely decorative or used for mending. All you need is a needle\, some type of thread\, and a foundation to stitch into. \n \nThere are hundreds of stitch variations. Using different threads – silk vs. wool vs. cotton vs. synthetics – produces different looks. \n \nOnce you become familiar with the basic stitches\, you can make your own embroidered needle book to store needles for your next project. \nThis class is for adults and 16+ year old youth\, and costs $55 per person. The class fee includes all the materials (handouts with instructions\, felt\, embroidery floss\, needles\, and scissors). Please bring glasses and/or a magnifying device (if you need them). \nRegister on EventBrite HERE. \nCancellation Policy: Up to 3 weeks before the event – 50% refund. Under 3 weeks before the event\, no refunds.
