Little Immigrant Mini-Camp is for 4-6 year olds.

Parents drop off their children between 9:45-10 a.m., with the program beginning at 10 a.m. Children are encouraged to dress up in costumes reflective of pioneers and/or early Swedish immigrants.

The camp provides children with an opportunity to enjoy immigrant and pioneer life by playing historic games, experiencing a sensory table with historical items, meeting animal friends who helped the pioneers survive, and sampling snacks that the immigrants would have eaten.

Children tour each of the historic buildings, and do a project and/or activity that ties into the building. They also explore the heirloom gardens and prairie.

Children bring their own lunch and water bottle.

The cost is $75 and includes all supplies and materials. Register early to guarantee a spot for your child.
