Pie Crimper

This pie or pastry crimper was (and is still) a useful kitchen utensil, especially if you enjoy making double-crust pies. The crimper looks like a small pizza cutter, and has a wood handle and wood wheel with flutes. The crimper pushes the crusts together, and provides a professionally-crimped look on the outer crust.
