Special addition for the August 5th Dalapalooza: See Arvid – a Norwegian Fjord horse who does therapy work with River Valley Riders. Arvid will be spending part of the day with participants in the August 5th Dalapalooza. Wear closed-toe shoes if you want to pet and spend time with Arvid.

In addition to having Arvid at Dalapalooza, participants see a variety of Dala horses from the museum’s collection and learn about their history.

Receive a blank wooden horse that you paint and decorate.

Hear a story about Dala horses while you paint.

Frost Dala horse cookies.

Bring a lunch to enjoy since the class is over the lunch-hour.

All ages are welcome. However, children and teens must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.

Fee – $25 per person; $45 for a child/adult pair.
