Krumkake are delicate, rolled batter cookies and a traditional Christmas treat. However, you can enjoy them throughout the year eaten plain or filled with whipped cream or other fillings.

Heidi will teach you how to make the batter, cook the cookies on electric irons, and quickly roll the traditional krumkake into small cones. These thin, round cookies are similar in concept to Italian pizzelle and Sicilian cannolo.

You will make a variety of batters and shapes so you can have them for any holiday or occasion, including just enjoying a lovely treat with your coffee.

Please bring a container to take home cookies and an apron if you prefer to wear one.
