Join us for the pilot session of Gammelgården Museum’s new Art Club!

Looking for motivation to start or finish a project? Searching for an interesting place to get you out of your normal environment and create alongside other artists?

Bring your supplies and enjoy a relaxed community workspace right here in Scandia.

As a museum dedicated to preserving traditional heritage and craft handiwork, celebrating creativity, and supporting local artists and makers,  Art Club is a natural extension of our mission. Just as our exhibits showcase the skill and artistry of generations past, this space invites today’s community to continue creating, sharing knowledge, and keeping those creative traditions alive.

 Everyone is welcome to join us and create, no matter their skill level.

Ages 16+ (or accompanied by an adult)

Please bring projects that can be transported easily and use common sense to avoid disruptions and damage. Snacks are welcome, but please keep your hands clean and dry (this also applies to messy art supplies such as paint, charcoal, glue, etc.) when interacting with exhibits, artifacts, and inventory.
