Slip with Tatting
Imagine living back in the 1850s-1880s without air conditioning. Women would have wanted to dress as comfortably – and lightly – as possible, yet still be modest.
The slip has tatting that decorates the top of the bodice and lace straps. There is a ruffle around the lower part of the slip also decorated with tatting and lace.
